In 2013, Vy Le Nguyen opened Pink Icing, in Saint John, NB. Vy was born in Vietnam and spent years working as a civil engineer. It was in 2007, when Vy immigrated to Canada and started to experience baking techniques at one of the finest bakeries in town.
Now with over 14 years of baking experience, Vy owns and operates one of the most successful local bakeries in New Brunswick.
